Alessi 20 Year Old  Balsamic Vinegar  The must of grapes is boiled down and aged in wooden barrels creating the Alessi perfect vinegar. Suggested uses are as a compliment to roasts, chicken, over grilled vegetables and drizzled over your favorite fresh fruit. Due to aging, some deposits in the bottom of the bottle are perfectly normal.
