Title: It's like a drug.
Review: This is a hard drug disguise as an innocent food. One bite and you will be hooked and looking to get your next fix. I would give it a "10" but it isn't quite dry enough for me. But a couple weeks in the bottom drawer of my frost-free refrigerator drys it up a bit more. Hint: Some people do not like the skin on it, I don't mind, but what I have found a trick to getting it off easy. Place the amount of sausage you are going to use in ambient tap water. In less than ten minutes it will turn milky white and it peels right off. Paper towel dry and let sit on the counter for another 10 minutes to dry further, or in the refrigerator for up to a couple days. /tg
