How can I place an order?
You can place your order online, call in your order on our toll free line at 1-877-ALESCIS(253-7247), email us your order, fax in your order on our fax line (216) 382-6427, hand write your order and drop it in the mail or stop by our store. We'd love to see you.

How are my orders shipped?
Alesci's uses UPS to ship your orders.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates vary depending on the final shipping weight. Your shipping rate is calculated during the checkout process before you place your orders online.
Where can my orders be delivered and what information is necessary?
Your orders can be shipped to any residential or commercial address. We need a complete street address, complete zip code, apartment or suite number, and the correct spelling of the recipient.
Can my order be shipped to a P.O. Box?
No. UPS will deliver only to a verified street address.
What if the items that I order are out of stock?
We will contact you via phone or e-mail regarding out of stock items. Please enter your daytime phone or e-mail address to ease the contact process.
What are your store hours?
Alesci's is open Monday - Saturday from 9am to 6pm. On Sundays we are open from 9am to 2pm. Alesci's is closed on major holidays.
